To liaise and work closely with the Group Company Secretaries on all secretarial matters.
Advising Directors and Management on their statutory duties and responsibilities.
Drafting and reviewing documents and contracts; management and administration of legal documents.
Identifying, researching and resolving legal issues.
Liaising and coordinating with external counsel and relevant Authorities on all legal issues and matters that may arise from time to time.
Maintenance and safekeeping of statutory records i.e. register of members, minutes books, share certificates, statutory returns and forms etc.
Ensure that the Company's annual return, audited financial statements returns and forms are prepared in accordance with the provisions in the Companies Act and other Regulations;
Preparation of Board Minutes, Resolutions and Annual Reports;
Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and other statutory requirements;
Providing secretarial support for corporate exercises including ensuring accuracy of the information/documents/advice provided and/or compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognized Universities.
At least 10 years of working experience in Legal field.
A high degree of integrity.
Able to work independently.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Willing to travel.
