Create new and interesting contents for the company’s website & social media.
Plan and execute projects focusing on attracting talent with our Human Capital and Marketing team, using a variety of channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, and Nusantics’ website).
Own and implement a Linkedin Careers Page, and maintain relevant content at all times.
Take initiative to develop new employer branding ideas.
Create and implement a strategy for brand and campaign activities in order to attract people to join Nusantics.
Assist in all aspects of Nusantics’ employer branding activities such as building networks with communities, creating events, etc.
Implement employee engagement initiatives for employees.
Final year’s student or fresh-graduates majoring in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or any related fields.
Proven ability to excel, powerpoint as an individual and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Indonesian.
Possess a positive and conscientious attitude and hustler mentality.
Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures.
Have a good time management and like to bring creativity.
Can operate Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Ai) is preferred.
Able to join as soon as possible for 3-6 months internship period.
Familiar dengan software desain grafis (corel draw, photoshop, in design,video editor).

Technical school graduate (SMK/D3, majoring in Mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or mechatronika).
