Shift Based Working hours: 10AM to 6PM (GMT+8) or 6PM to 12AM (GMT+8) each day. Minimum 5 shifts per week.
Salary: 3 months probation at IDR 25000 per hour. 40 hours per week = IDR 4,000,000 per month.
Answering phone calls from customers.
Replying customer emails.
Reply online chats on Shopee/Lazada/Qoo10 and other platforms.
Listing products based on requirements on Shopee/Lazada/Qoo10.
Resolve return/refund requests.
Restocking products on multiple platforms.
Handle miscellaneous admin duties.
You MUST be fluent in written and verbal English.
Technologically Savvy. Must be able to adapt to new technology quickly.
Possess fast and stable internet connection.
