Job Description

  • Menilai kualitas pelayanan Customer Service sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan.
  • Melakukan coaching kepada member Customer Service apabila nilai KPI dibawah standard.
  • Membuat lembar coaching kepada member Customer Service.
  • Menganalisa KPI setiap member Customer Service setiap minggu.

  • Gelar Diploma atau sederajat.
  • Minimal pengalaman selama 1 tahun sebagai Quality Assurance Customer Service.
  • Memahami Customer Experience dan Customer Oriented.
  • Memiliki keterampilan Microsoft Office.
