Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and support members of HUB ops team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  • Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per customer, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary services (scan, spa, and BB fulfillment) and control via system
  • Work closely with legal and finance to ensure that activities remain compliant
  • Oversee materials and inventory for all BU Skin attributes
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to user / VP Commercial
  • Leadership ability & excellent communication skills.
  • Two or more years of work experience as an operations manager or strong background in people management in the Beauty and Wellness Clinic
  • Strong budget development and oversight skills.
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of hub operations and customer service.
