Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of TikTok EC official accounts, constantly optimizing and customizing content strategy for each account according to data analysis
Planned content and product plan for official livestream, especially for key sessions according to holiday and platform campaigns. Responsible for communication and implementation
Manage communication, coordination and timelines between internal teams and external partners to execute creative initiatives and plan production approaches for daily events and mega campaigns
Identify, brief and manage 3rd party vendors and partners that will help us deliver great work with a cost-effective approach, as well as strengthen partnership with current vendors
Native proficiency (or equivalent) in Indonesian and English, Mandarin is a big plus
Good sense of content production; experience as an advertising creative manager or account operator is a plus
At least 2 years of relevant experience in creating commercial content with a strong mindset for user experience and design thinking
A deep understanding of Indonesia culture, trends in TikTok and across other social media platforms or EC platforms
Great communication skills in both Indonesian and English to present ideas clearly and effectively. Mandarin is a plus.
Experience in campaign or marketing is a plus, with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects and strong problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements
