Work with communication team as well as cross-functional divisions
Participate in creative ideation, Provide creative direction and translate it into attractive, communicative, and solutive design with various methods, Develop design for the campaign in different formats.
Study design briefs, identify requirements and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using supporting software
Work with communication team or cross-functional divisions to produce desired design
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in design, with Degree in Design/Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Impressive skills in visual communication and understanding user behaviour
Proficient in graphic design tools/software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and others)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Able to work in tight deadlines and have good time management
Strong and well-structured analytical skills
Ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally, from conception to execution/production
Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing and photography is a plus
