Job Description
  • Carries out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
  • Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
  • Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
  • Follows the preventive maintenance program
  • Applies water hygiene procedures
  • To focus on details, be well organized and follow up to overcome the task as professional administrator.
  • Prepare monthly energy consumption reports in accordance with utility management standard.

Work Experience
  • Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, or degree in hotel maintenance
  • 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: cold-storage, air-conditioning, building pathology, water processing, Public Building regulations (ERP in France)
  • Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications
  • Languages: fluent in the national language, and English
