Job Description

Senior New Product Integration Engineer will represent the final test operation as a single interface to stakeholders during new product introduction and to drive smooth transfer of new products/packages from development to production ramp-up.
In your new role you will:
  • Support early engineering activities and requests.
  • Coordinate and monitor product safe launch activities.
  • Drive production development efforts for new customer products: analyze and develop
    Manufacturing functions, capacities, and facilities needed for production.
  • Work with various functional groups in test production to design and structure the
    manufacturing workflows for new products.
  • Assist in resolving design and supplier issues.
  • Drive for creation and update of related documentation (test procedures, assembly instructions, specifications, checklists).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Bachelor / Masters in Engineering fields Electronic/Electrical engineering, Mechatronics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production/manufacturing / sustaining engineering
    environment
  • Knowledge of backend assembly and packaging and test process
  • Strong backend operations, with an understanding of equipment capability
  • Strong knowledge of FMEA and risk assessment & statistical tools
  • Knowledge of test manufacturing processes and quality improvement methods
  • Strong project management, teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be an independent, self-motivated, organized, and strong communicator
  • Understand requirements of final test operation and new product/package and ensure final test capability and process readiness on time during new product/package launch.
