Manage customer relation administration effectively and efficiently
Create and manage tenant database
Filling documents or letter according to category
Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any major
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Administration, preferably experience in Shopping Center
Computer literate (Ms.Office)
Have data analysis skill
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
Willing to be placed in ITC Cempka Mas, Jakarta Pusat
Experience in developing platform/ technology product.
Drive product vision and prioritize roadmap for a tribe based on market opportunity and shape the future.
