Assist Production Department Team to prepare reports and other production administration tasks in Japanese and communicating them to Superior and HQ

Preparing & Scheduling for Production.
Planning on production process, material needs.
Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine lead time and deadline.
Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation
Monitors, analyzes performance reports to schedule of production & material usage of production

Have a minimum of Bachelor degree from any discipline
Business level skill (JLPT N2)
Have a minimum of 1 year experience as production administration in manufacturing company or in garment manufacturing is preferred
He/ she must highly motivated with spirit to learn new things, have good time management
Attention to details, able to work under pressure, independently and in a team
Hard worker, strong analytical thinking & reasoning skill
Willing to be located in Central Java
