About the Digital Marketing Manager (Personal Care) Role:
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will develop and manage the end-to-end digital platform and e-commerce strategy executing with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities achieve the overarching business vision, mission and objectives, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reporting for areas of responsibility, sharing results, strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities with key stakeholders across the business
  • Continue to work collaboratively with the CMO team, local agencies and overseas counterparts to understand best practices for the key e-commerce levers of search, navigation, content, ratings and reviews and oversee implementation of these where relevant
  • Identify, develop and introduce additional digital channels to deliver an outstanding customer experience across all touch points with brands
  • Continually work to strategise and improve the customer journey on our websites and partner websites by providing a seamless customer experience
  • Manage the ongoing optimisation of the e-commerce sites including CRO, SEO, Checkout, A/B testing and UAT, to ensure the website is operating at its maximum potential

To succeed in this Digital Marketing Manager (Personal Care) role, you must have at least five years of experience within e-commerce roles and be ready to step up.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree majoring in business administration, marketing, data mining and insights is a plus
  • At least three years' experience with solid digital marketing and social media skills preferably in FMCG or cosmetic companies
  • Digital and CRM skills: consumer journey, always-on strategy, social networks strategy, social media mix
  • Must have strong analytics capabilities, and proven record of translating analytical insights into actions
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with peers in sales and other functions, as well as retail/e-retail customers
  • Ability to develop strategy and convince stakeholders
  • Good communication skill, written and verbal, concise and clearly articulate idea and recommendation
  • Good in time management and have the ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail; project management experience and training is a plus
  • Good leadership skill and self-motivating, able to work independently and efficiently in a multicultural environment
  • Target-oriented, a team player, organised, enthusiastic, and driven
  • Adaptation capacity, proactive, self-training, always aware of the latest digital trends
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
