What You Will Do:
Lead the Digital Marketing team to support business hyper-growth, through persistent optimization of digital advertising to achieve ever-improving and best-in-class effectiveness and efficiency.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager, scope includes but not limited to:

Plan, setup and optimize “always-on” digital advertising channels daily for all channels.

Where relevant, manage external partners (e.g. Advertising Network, Programmatic vendors, etc) and media agencies, including regular evaluation of workflow and processes.

Work closely with in-house creative division and brand team to conceptualize, develop, and test rapidly evergreen and dynamic creatives that drive relevant traffic that converts to sales.

Exploring innovative ways to drive greater conversion through navigation of ad formats, mechanics, and user funnels

Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Brand, Content & Community Marketing, CRM, Creative, Growth, Product, Commercial, Finance, etc) to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns, delivered on-time and in-full.

Must-Have:
3+ years of Digital Marketing experience for consumer businesses (B2C).

Hands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks, as well as utilizing Google Analytics, AppsFlyer or other app analytics.

Familiar with app user acquisition, app user retargeting; have great understanding about tracking and attribution logic and tech platforms.

Have managed at least 3 full-time talents in a Digital Marketing team.

Have proven track record of contributing to significant business and/or brand growth through digital marketing –driving new customer acquisition, improving customer retention, increasing sales, or growing market share.

Proactive self-starter with strong analytical, communication and leadership skill.

Bonus points:
Have worked in client-side teams at large multinational FMCG / consumer products / Offline Retail companies.

Have worked in top-tier Media Agencies serving leading clients in each industry/sector

Have experience with the Fresh Produce and/or Groceries category.

Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.

Have experience in the e-commerce (B2C and/or B2B) sector.

Have experience for B2B-centric digital marketing
