About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding the Merchant Community, look no further. As our Merchant Community for Merchant Development team, you’ll be involved in end-to-end scalable education activities for Moka & GoStore Merchants in the community. Along with content development, you will be in charge of mass communication execution and reporting of our weekly community engagement activity and communications, including updating the community membership database.

About the Team
Our Merchant Development team consist of several functions to support the merchants through : Communications, Community and Creative, where everyone is working for projects that aims to educate Merchants to be more efficient and grow their business by using our products and features.. How does one achieve this, you may ask? By creating and implementing scalable communications through the right channels for our Merchants. For instance, create and deliver some business insight, education content and push awareness of Campaigns to our Merchants. What drives us is our shared sense of nurture and help Merchants to grow, using the best scalable and digital channels, especially during pandemic.
As a team, we’re concerned with the growth of the company, and each other’s personal growth and well-being, too. We enjoy bonding over our shared love of Food, Series, and Books.
