Responsible for maximizing revenues generated by all ecommerce websites in Indonesia (levi.com, marketplaces, social commerce) and profitability
Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies
Accountable for e-commerce business KPIs including, but not limited to, revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin, inventory, etc.
Manage the ecommerce enabler in charge of the warehousing/fulfillment as well as the storefront management on marketplaces.
Liaise with the third-party in charge of ecommerce brand.com platform maintenance & optimization (UX/UI) to increase the conversion rate
Negotiate eCommerce marketing & third-party marketplace budgets and monitor the efficiency of budget spend (ROI, postmortem analysis)
Negotiate with third party marketplace providers and grow e-commerce market share
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and drive integration of related capabilities that lead to the growth
Monitor and analyze consumer data on platform and performance against traffic and campaign spend goals
Analyze and monitor performance against ROI goals & continually make recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
Liaise with eCommerce partners and internal stakeholders to build relationships and network and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years in driving eCommerce businesses ideally in fashion industry (marketplace and/or brand eCommerce website)
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives, work on tight schedule
Hands-on personnel with good stakeholder management & Data Analysis skills
Outstanding project management skills and meticulous with details
Highly developed collaboration skills and ability to work across many departments
Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
Familiar/has experience in Digital Marketing:
Optimization ads management, regularly seek new optimization opportunities by following latest product update, analyzing campaign results, and exploring new channel/placement.
Monitor and analyze consumer data on platform and performance against traffic and campaign spend goals
Ensure spending are tracked and spent effectively across all channel.
Overview optimization marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns.
