<Job Responsibilities>
  • Quality control from Sample stage to bulk Shipment stage
  • Quality control through factory visit and checking, garment inspection and negotiation with partners
complying UNIQLO manuals/standards
  • Delivery control through setting deadline system, controlling material schedule, planning production
lines and production progress
  • Analyze In-House Data for QCD control
  • Follow shipments from factories to sales countries through internal system
  • Communication & business discussion with partner factory, trading company and supplier
  • Handling group of business partners
  • Responsible for team or division business, reporting to Managers, Merchandiser and worldwide
relevant departments
  • Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate well with expatriates or foreigners, and for report writing)
・Not color-blind
・Min. 2 years as Production Control preferably from Garment Industry
・High motivation, dynamic, good leadership, passionate in making difference, active, good interpersonal skills, good communication skill, excellent problem solving skills, cheerful and good team working ability
・Willing to have business trip (around 3 times per week)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Mandarin or Japanese
・Working experience in MNC garment industry
