About the Role If you’re looking to lead a dynamic, driven and high functioning team focused upon generating net revenues for Gojek and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding Ads and Promo, look no further. The Brand Partnership team is part of the broader Gojek Ads & Promo group that is responsible for managing end-to-end the ads & promo businesses at Gojek. As the Head of Brand Partnership, you look after a portfolio of key brands and agency partnerships and lead the GoAds Go-To-Market Strategy to penetrate the market with our marketing solutions. This person is expected to manage senior client relationships (CXOs), lead the consulting/problem solving role for these key brands, and establish Go To Market & Product Marketing Strategy for GoAds. The role is a culmination of business development, go-to-market strategy, consulting and advertising sales.
What You Will Do
Have strong understanding surrounding client's state of business - goals and pain points
Establish and manage client relationships with key decision makers in brands or agencies
Have a strong business acumen around pipeline and sales forecast management
Have a strong operational excellence in running the rhythm of business
Collaborate with leadership to establish a sales strategy and execution plan to achieve team goals
Lead by example; coaching and elevating Brand Partnerships Managers providing guidance on consultative, client-centric selling
Accelerate best practices, go deeper into high-value sectors, and support external and franchise-building opportunities as the need arises
Understand client pain points and help customize ads/promo solutions to be tailor made for large clients while at the same time creating a more syndicated approach for the long tail of retailers
Hold business reviews with clients, manage account plans and help clients with growing their business using our solutions- become a thought partner
What You Will Need
8+ years of experience in brand marketing or ad sales or brand development
4+ years of team management experience
Passion for people management and the career development of Brand Partnerships Managers
Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
Ability to manage large teams
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking and experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
Demonstrated aptitude and understanding of philosophies of growth mindset
Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
