About the Role
They say no man is an island, and this notion holds particularly true for this role. As our IT Change Management, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the IT PAC (People and Culture) team of Gojek and own everything related to Workday HCM system and its ecosystem. You will report to PAC Architecture and Planning Head and will be responsible for designing strategic approach to managing change, aligning adoption strategy within project plan, developing change management plan, executing the plan, and evaluating change impact and results.

About the Team
Our IT PAC (People and Culture) Team is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under the CIO Organization. This larger team, which has more than 50 team members globally, oversees all internal and enterprise systems for Gojek's businesses, including (but not limited to) finance, people services, productivity, sales, operations, internal security access, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and emails. For instance, should you have a question about how to authenticate your work email with a particular app/service, we are your people! Currently, our team has been busy working on enhancing and further automating Gojek's Hire2Retire business processes and systems.
We are a tight-knit group made up of folks who love to play soccer, tennis, cook, enjoy reading great books, and getting together to just hang out over coffees or iced-teas. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
