Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate for West Java to create memorable initiatives & campaigns. We believe a successful candidate has Strong problem definition and solution skills, combined with an intellectual curiosity and love to learn, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we need to strengthen our winning team. In return, you will get an opportunity to be part of it.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
You are responsible for campaign concept (online & offline), budget utilization with maximum impact and close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various function & department
You are monitoring campaign against the KPI, to be fully aware of trend, localized and analytics
You lead vendor pitch and create budget implementation into vendor's quotation
You are reporting for campaign outcome & key learnings
You lead the execution of each vertical campaign to ensure flawless brand presence and coordination
You manage vendors & ensuring the project delivery is on time and on budget
You lead end to end campaign management (planning, execution, tracking & measuring of marketing campaign) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various functions & departments
The Must-Haves:
You have experience with marketing/ communication field
You are bachelor degree form reputable university preferably with a focus on marketing, research, advertising, communications, public relations (with minimum GPA 3.0)
You are strong problem definition and solution skills, combined with an intellectual curiosity and love to learn
You have strong knowledge about Bandung & West Java in overall
The Nice-to-Haves:
You have experience with data and analytic is desired
You are an experienced in consumer research would be an advantage
