Your ‘day to day’

Plans, coordinates, and ensures efficient flows in all Factory Logistics operation in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale:

  • LSP management and communication
  • Implement all Daily Management System (DMS) on warehouses
  • Monitor that appropriate performance is delivered following Run To Target (RTT Log&WH) methodology
  • Oversee full flow for assigned commodity (DIM, Leaf, Clove, Semi's, FG, tax stickers, spare parts, and disposal when applicable) through the factory
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication between Factory, LSP, Regional SC, Tax and Broker (when applicable)
  • Monitor costs efficiently, provide analysis related to resources utilization and propose corrective actions when needed
  • Define improvement priorities and action plans to ensure adherence to PMI quality standards and legal requirements
  • Efficiently allocate and monitor incoming requests, either in-plant or to remote resources, by setting priorities in order to meet customers’ deadlines
  • Ensuring that goods are stored and moved in accordance with all local laws and PMI practices and procedures


Who we’re looking for

  • Have Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics department
  • Able to work in shift when needed and are willing to work in Karawang
  • Have knowledge in WMS (warehouse management system), warehouse safety, standard operating procedure, stock management, & operating SAP
  • Familiarity to operate Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) for professional usage is a must
  • Have experience in managing the LSP (Logistic Service Provider) will be advantageous
