Job Description

(1 – 4 Years Experience)

Scope of Work

  • Manage Construction Project in general (Timeline, Budget, Supply Chain, Manpower, Reporting)
  • Translate the Project Management Plan into a more detailed project activity plan and organize
  • Monitor, direct and control personnel in the field and every work process carried out
  • Ensure the implementation of work in accordance with the project contract
  • Coordinate will all internal and external party, including Project Owner, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • D3 of Engineering
  • 1 – 4 years of field experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understands Site Management, Supervision, and Reporting
  • Communicative, able to converse naturally with local workers
  • Willing to stay on site during project

  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Communicative and natural born leader
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure

Plus Point if you

  • Have experience in reputable national / multinational EPC company
  • Have experience in managing teams of 3 or more engineers
  • Have experience in Solar PV Projects (Study / EPC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
