Fluent in english (min. passive).
Minimum 1 year experience in garment industry as QC.
Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.
Understand about company standards.
Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices
Understanding of target market and consumer needs.
Blueprint reading capabilities.
Documentation and reporting skills.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time. Tanggung Jawab
Control production in order to follow SOPs to get right first time quality from each process.
Make quality inspection reports.
Follow and understand quality standards in a company they need to follow and control the factory quality standard.
Monitor the quality of the product in each stage of production.
