This function will be reporting to the QHSE Director Indonesia and this position will be based at Firmenich manufacturing plant at KIIC - Karawang Barat.

Key Responsibilities:
Implements best practices, deploy HS&E tools and working directly with line management, adopt a "hands on" approach to the development and implementation of local solutions;

Implements Firmenich HS&E Management Principle, Codes, Standards and Guidance in line with the Local HS&E Management System and provide relevant training to all affiliate personnel;

Manages the day-to-day coordination of HS&E across the affiliate, working closely with line management to ensure a consistent and proactive approach;

Ensures arrangements are in place for HS&E audits/reviews and inspections of the workplace, plants and equipment in order to monitor compliance with the Company HS&E Management System and local legal requirements;

Advises and assists in all risk assessment activities, including advice on new investments and projects local

We value:
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety

Min. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry as HS&E Manager

Working towards or already achieved a professional HS&E qualification;

Interpersonal and people skills as well as good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements .
