Who are we looking for

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consultant to join and expand our Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) implementation team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implementing and delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cover all aspects of consulting – including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end-users utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Provide expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Business Central application and evaluate the client’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
  • Take the responsibility of documenting the business requirements, which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining a full understanding of the current and the future state of business processes
  • Design and develop new modifications for existing clients, support previous modifications, and assist with support issues where needed
  • Assist with any other necessary task as required

Requirements

  • Experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with full project implementation experience
  • Experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Business Central enhancements and integrations
  • Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements-gathering skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to clients
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally
  • Business intelligence understanding including reporting and analytics
  • Highly confident in providing support and training to users
