Job Description

  • Analyze business unit plans related to potential for additional branches and collect data related to potential locations for business expansion
  • Make recommendation for branch design development concepts (layout, review, interior and exterior design) and standardize costs
  • Conduct market research and field surveys with facility development and HSE to ensure the location of land, buildings, and facility readiness and observe demographics, environment and location
  • Compare analysis of three potential locations
  • Make feasibility study and timeline of acquisition and development of distribution channels
  • Analyze disposal plan of land or building and evaluate the use of land and building assets utilization
  • Analyze prospective buyers and manage meetings with sales committee


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in Business/Channel Manegement, Project Management, or Market & Business Study
  • Having expertise in finance, feasibility study, market study, or accounting
  • Placement in North Jakarta
