A private person focused on construction in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented Accountant (Freelance, Remote).

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting transactions, bank reconciliations and depreciation
Manage month-end and year-end closing
Fill up all tax reports monthly, quarterly and yearly
Capable of doing data entry, A/R, A/P, GL and revenue recognition until P&L analysis for the company
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Create report for LKPM
Manage all BPJS related matters
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to director
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proven experience as an accountant or finance related experience
Solid understanding of bookkeeping including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and inventory accounting principle
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, laws and regulations
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Patience, critical thinking, creativity, honest, responsible and good communication skills
