Managing all legal aspects and activities, such as:
Providing legal opinion and evaluating legal implications for any corporative actions, current investment and new business ventures
Identifying new emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company
Draft and review contract arrangements with third party
Manage all documents of contracts and licensing up
Represent the company in secure and maintain the company’s interests from all legal risks
Ensure the company compliance to the legislations and laws
