In this role, you get to lead the business as a market or solution leader to achieve business goal and contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients.

o Act as a strategic business partner and be a trusted advisor to the client, focus on expanding the business and client relationships especially with the key people.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills with client centricity and growth mindset, high analytical thinking and strong oral and written communication skills. In addition, we also require you to have:
o Bachelor or Master Degree from any discipline. A Master’s degree holder would be highly valued.
o Relevant experience of min. 8 years, preferably with client servicing experience and in depth knowledge in one or more of HR related areas or industry, HR consulting experience would be highly valued.
o Sufficient project management skills with strong problem solving skills and attention to details
o Good organization & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
