We are looking for Financial Analyst Operations Finance who will be based in Surabaya.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Support operations during the preparation of their budgets to ensure timely submission and accuracy of budget data, as well as in the monitoring/analysis of their respective budget by monthly basis to identify potential opportunities / risks for budget optimization.
Prepare and input costing information during month end, original budget and rolling forecast and to ensure that production costs are properly recorded/reported into information systems.
Support or perform data analytics and validate business drivers on manufacturing/operations costs with business counterparts.
Prepare all management reporting and analysis for actual results and Rolling Forecast cycle in line with PMI reporting requirements, including system input.
Provide insight and information on ad-hoc requests from internal customers in an accurate and timely manner to support their decision making.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor or Master degree from reputable universities majoring in Financial or Accounting.
2-3 years experience in Budgeting, Management Reporting and Product Costing
Strong analytical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skill
Proficient user of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and financial coordinated systems.
Create contracts, BEOs and final invoices.

Support collection department on recruitment and hiring process.
Support and contribute to improving the CRU Admin process.
