Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries, request or complaint from customer in PWEB – Digibank Kotak Surat and Social Media
  • Perform call back as part of follow up from PWEB – Digibank Kotak Surat when needed.
  • Manage and oversee complaints to ensure It can be responded and resolved within TAT
  • Ensure positive sentiment from customer or non customer in Social Media
  • Make sure all activities are logged in system used properly
  • To proactively identify opportunities and process improvement to improve the Contact Centre by doing sharing session whenever its required
  • To ensure accuracy of the issue and escalation by join meeting, brainstorming
  • Provide feedback to business and other related departments on complaint trends and lead the quality improvement process
  • Ensure all tasks under his/ her responsibility are performed with proper risk management, ensure proper and complete documentations
  • Raise to Ops Risk and Compliance for any findings or potential issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to focus on details and validation of information
  • Excellent focus on customer services
  • Degree holder
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre environment or other client service related occupation
