Laku6's technology integrated with Carousell's regional platform of tens of millions of users will make buying and selling used electronics more accessible than ever before for millions of users; this will extend the life-cycle of electronics goods and slow down the growth of e-waste.

About the Position:
This role will be part of the People Operations Team and is in charge of the full spectrum HR business partnership and HR Operations support to the business, as well as managing the day-to-day implementation of all HR initiatives and policies. Implement the actions including recruiting, as well as other actions. This includes understanding business needs and translating into HR solutions with following major procedures.

What you’ll do:
Operational excellence and strategic direction of the People function including, policies creation, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management and industrial relations.

Driving and executing People programs and initiatives according to business objectives.

Facilitating solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the Management team.

Leading the team to recruit and select the quality candidates within the timeline and budget.

Leading and ensuring proper communication, full compliance, and proper process to balance both business and employee needs.

Managing the employee and company relations including, addressing employees concerns, working with local authority, and being well informed of related legislations and market trends.

Acting as a change agent for employee engagement & continuous improvement programs so as to create better lives & welfare for employees.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Is a motivational leader, possesses the ability to inspire process and result focused approach in his/her team.

Is able to think strategically, while keeping one eye focused on the day-to-day People function.

Is a problem solver, able to exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations.

Is an excellent communicator, and able to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.

Is data driven - must be able to effectively use HR data to measure the success of your hiring, projects, or your team.

Is fluent in English (a must!).
