Facilities Coordinator (Bank)
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management - (Jakarta)
Ensure to instill a culture of engagement in the team that match our ‘I am JLL’ behaviors of being an Expert, Proactive, Innovative, Versatile, team Player and valuing the Customer – demonstrating actions on a monthly basis relating to each one;
Clearly understand our Client(s) purpose and values, linking them to the way we work and our own behaviors to Ensure our delivery is Customer centric;
Take and create experiences that are easy to deal with, that create consistent and sustainable value for our clients, customers and each other respectfully;
Assist FM in day-to-day operations of workplace facilities services
Supervision of 3rd Party vendors
Conduct regular facility inspections (meeting rooms, offices, etc) and arrange for follow up with the respective contractors Staff is expected to conduct weekly site walkthroughs.
Prepare and keep an undated listing of WPCs and user groups
Prepare listing of internal plants and work with appointed contractor on upkeep and refresh of these plants
Response to users feedback in the areas of safety, plumbing, and mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through both personal contact and work order systems (helpdesk system) and assignment of work to the relevant service providers
Work with appointed contractor to ensure chairs in the offices/meeting rooms are all at their rightful locations
Assist in the management of all contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
Incident management and recovery
Assist in the implementation a comprehensive energy management program for your site(s)
Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
Ensure Regional Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating of One View as required
Assist the Management Team with the coordination of Churn and other relocations activities as required
Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.
Manage a program of inspections of the properties.
Project-manage required maintenance, upkeep works, capital works
other special projects
Monitor the latest statutory requirements, and ensure that the Client premises meet with the regulations.
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
Liaise with Building Landlord pertaining to any building maintenance and security matters
Conduct instructional briefings on inspection of premises to appointed contractor
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
