About the Role

As our IT Architecture and Planning Manager, you will be reporting to IT PAC (People and Culture) Architecture and Planning Head. Collaborating with PAC Center of Excellence, IT Functional and Technical Team, you will be responsible for overall technical solution design, project plan, and its execution.

About the Team
Our IT PAC (People and Culture) Team is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under CIO Organization. IT Enterprise Systems Team, which has more than 50 team members globally, supports and enables business and functions. Working alongside all business and functions, we oversee all internal and enterprise systems, including but not limited to finance, people services, productivity, sales, operations, internal security access, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. For instance, should you have a question about why my work email is not automatically authenticated to a particular app/service? We are your people! Currently, our team has been busy working on transforming Gojek Hire2Retire business processes and systems, which will help Gojek to scale, grow, be efficient through automation, and be compliant.
We are a tight-knit group made up of folks who love to play soccer, tennis, cook, enjoy reading great books, and get together to just hang out over coffees or iced-teas. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
