About the Role

As our IT Architecture and Planning Manager, you will be reporting to IT PAC (People and Culture) Architecture and Planning Head. Collaborating with PAC Center of Excellence, IT Functional and Technical Team, you will be responsible for overall technical solution design, project plan, and its execution.

What You Will Do

  • Perform assessment and ensure enhancement and configuration requests are based on priority and align to IT PAC strategy
  • Work with Technical Support to review incoming issues and provide feedback on long term improvements
  • Keep track on technology refresh needed, gather and research on what’s new in the market and provide update to IT Team
  • Work with business unit on enhancement/ upgrade planning and budget both for project and routine maintenance /subscription renewal
  • Keep track on the project deliveries and provide regular updates on key initiatives and issues escalation
  • Facilitate and provide information repository, procedure development, and project /information classification
  • Work with change management team to prepare technical communication material

What You Will Need

  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR System, especially Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems (integrations, data migration, reporting and access role, etc)
  • Good understanding of HR System functionality with ability to contribute effectively in design discussions for long term support
  • Good understanding of building integration framework with knowledge of HR System Modules, Interface, Reporting & Dashboard, Security, Access, Enterprise Change Management Process, Audits, Application security & data privacy reviews
  • Experience in managing technical implementation with a strong ability to work with related organizations within IT, business, and project support teams
  • Solid knowledge of IT Application Development principles (SDLC) & architectures with proven experience in supporting Agile PI events, sprints, and the release management processes
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions
  • Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, results driven environment

About the Team

Our IT PAC (People and Culture) Team is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under CIO Organization. IT Enterprise Systems Team, which has more than 50 team members globally, supports and enables business and functions. Working alongside all business and functions, we oversee all internal and enterprise systems, including but not limited to finance, people services, productivity, sales, operations, internal security access, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. For instance, should you have a question about why my work email is not automatically authenticated to a particular app/service? We are your people! Currently, our team has been busy working on transforming Gojek Hire2Retire business processes and systems, which will help Gojek to scale, grow, be efficient through automation, and be compliant.

We are a tight-knit group made up of folks who love to play soccer, tennis, cook, enjoy reading great books, and get together to just hang out over coffees or iced-teas. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
