Key responsibilities:
Reviews client moderation manuals whilst moderating
Escalates issues to the Community Manager
Actively keeps records of all deleted messages and banned users on requested sites and ensures filing in a database is maintained
Reviews each and every message in line with the guidelines stated in each client moderation manual
Works closely with the Community Manager(s) on aspects such as rota changes, content issues and legal concerns
