The objective of this role is to support the Brand Management team to maximize commercial opportunities through the effective management of inventory
Manage the stock allocation, replenishment, and consolidation for all stores across all channels & categories
Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and effective launch of merchandise. Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and taking appropriate action so as to meet business objectives
Design and manage assortment and range plan for new merchandise & markdown control
Creating an intelligent buy plan for licensing department at SKU level after analyzing all stock related KPIs
Visit stores on regular basis to make sure the best store stock health
Liaise with the brand management team and principal to share routine reports on business performance
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Fashion Business/Fashion Marketing/Merchandising
At least 2-3 years experienced in fashion retail merchandising, preferably within multi brand / multi stores environment
Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills. Confidence in suggesting calculated risks
Strong customer awareness and understanding. Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness
Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills
Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must
ime keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
