Job Description

'- IT support and trouble shoot
  • Mengelola pengajuan HEAT karyawan ke Corporate IT (pengajuan/follow up realisasinya)
  • Exit clearance : mengecek kondisi aset, jaringan dan akses dari karyawan yang resign
  • Server : mengelola akses server IOD (setting otorisasi, managing file)
  • Penyediaan barang terkait IT : penyediaan barang IT sesuai kebutuhan Divisi (proses PO sampai realisasi)
  • Asset Management : mengelola aset IT (pencatatan transaksi, status aset, rencana pengelolaan)
  • Membuat laporan berkala dan analisa terkait pengelolaan IT di Divisi
