Responsibilities
Build and maintain engagement within the team in achieving its KPI
Ensure the team are equipped with the require skill and training
Ensure the team to comply with compliance and other regulations
Closely monitor and follow up each team member performance in terms of productivity and customer performance, with additional focus on high impact customer with declining engagement
Escalate & cascade all issues (technical and non-technical) that occurred within the team or digibank customer
Create comprehensive daily sales and productivity report (including analysis and improvement)
Requirements
Min S1 as education background
Having WPPE/WAPERD certification is a plus
Minimum Years of Experience: min 2 years as Funding Marketing Officer/Team Leader or Telebanking officer/ Team Leader with wealth experienced
Data Analytical Skill
Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
Have strong leadership experience
Good understanding in application of principles of sales, including interpersonal skills and problem solving
Target oriented
Understanding of Banking product, especially liabilities and investment products& transaction flow of each product
Capable of operating Microsoft Office
