Job Description

Work with the head of ID and various SPOCS/SMEs to understand the raw content and business requirements Design and develop static and moving graphic assets for learning programs that meet or exceed strategic objectives across multiple delivery platforms such as games, simulations, video-based learning, animation, learning app Create user flows, wireframes and visual prototypes Create exciting UI elements including designing user interactions through innovative use of branding, typography, photography, animations and other innovative visual solutions Create art and presentations for multiple learning solutions across delivery platforms Create branding collaterals ? logos, visual identities, mailers ? for various learning initiatives Collaborate with the content development and technology teams on design, implementation and integration Continuously scan the market for the latest and greatest in UI design
