Job Description

  • Ensuring the availability and readiness of raw materials for the production process
  • Coordinating with the production department for the availability of raw materials
  • Evaluating the use of raw materials
  • Arrange, together with the logistics team in all areas, the logistics policy and strategy of the company to be a reference in logistics management in supporting the procurement of goods in every place
  • Analyze the total needs of the goods and arrange the supply, procurement, and delivery of goods in such a way that the allocation of goods in each place can meet the needs efficiently, effectively and on time
  • Gathering information about inventory levels (stock level) at any place, conduct periodic inventory check and analyze the number and types of inventory in the warehouse to control the accuracy of inventory data and inventory levels are healthy in every place
  • Planing and coordinating the delivery of goods from the supplier or warehouse, including determining expeditions and routes, to ensure the delivery is done in a timely and efficient, as well as the goods are received by each branch in accordance with a predetermined
  • Receiving and processing requests goods from any place, and controlling the delivery of goods from suppliers in order to be accepted by the warehouse goods, in accordance with the timing, quantity, quality and cost has been determined
  • Can operate SAP programs
  • Prepare a logistic budget and maintain operational activities efficiently and effectively in accordance with the allocated budget

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in warehouse and food manufacturing
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) & SAP
