Job Description

  • Working closely with the Brand Manager in charge to ensure boutique operations running smoothly.
  • Controlling boutique stock and supporting merchandise.
  • Providing operational improvement insight relates to budget, cost, sales, and service.
  • Building a good relationship, maintaining, communicating, and negotiating with all area partners.
  • Implementing changes and improvements required by the management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree, in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail industry or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English – oral and written.
  • Strong sales analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Knowledge of Retail High End is an advantage.
