Salary:

Working closely with the Brand Manager in charge to ensure boutique operations running smoothly.
Controlling boutique stock and supporting merchandise.
Providing operational improvement insight relates to budget, cost, sales, and service.
Building a good relationship, maintaining, communicating, and negotiating with all area partners.
Implementing changes and improvements required by the management.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree, in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail industry or equivalent.
Demonstrates strong leadership.
Fluent in Bahasa and English – oral and written.
Strong sales analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Knowledge of Retail High End is an advantage.
