  • Responsible to handling call center for customer complaints / PFS Care
  • Handling customer service for follow up customers
  • Must be able to handling and maintain emotions customers

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree any field
  • At least 3 years in Call Center / Customer Care
  • Must be able to handling and maintain emotions customers
  • English is a must
  • Communicative and good communications
  • Patient, Enthusiastic, Empathetic
