This opportunity exists within our multi-faceted People Team. As a Graphic Designer for People Team, your focus will be on generating creative employer branding collaterals for internal and external use.
Job Description:
– Develop employer branding designs for multiple channels that target external and internal channels. External channels mainly focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.
– Generate high-level creative employer branding concepts, including color, mood, typography, and imagery.
– Work closely with company leaders to prioritize creative requests and approve critical deliverables.
– Manage and develop the production of design collaterals for multiple projects simultaneously.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive branding experience through all communication.
Qualifications :
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
– Required skill(s): Photoshop, Illustrator
– Having work experience from agency industry is a plus
– Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
– A strong eye for visual composition.
– Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
– Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
