As a Customer Happiness Executive, you will:
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle our customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Select appropriate responses to customers' issues and work quickly to resolve them.
Requirements:
Holds a Diploma/Bachelor degree
Preferably 1-2 years experience in customer service
Have experience with Zendesk and Zopim is a must
Proficient in English (oral & written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate in problem-solving with good analytical skills
Responsible to follow up and process probations and contract renewals.
Act as the employee liaison for their questions and concerns related to the companyâ¦
Perform data management activities in accordance with customer, company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
Consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
