Work closely with HR Vice President to develop the entire HR functions, offer sound HR advice on policies & procedures, manpower planning, performance management & staff cost budgeting, etc in line with business goals and needs in Indonesia.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR including but not limited to recruitment, C&B administration, learning & development, employee relations, work visa application/extension and so on.
Provide HR administrative support, documentation and regular reporting & filing.
Conduct orientation to new hires and organize company events.
Responsible for full spectrum administrative duties and support for local office.
Take up any other ad-hoc projects & assignments as required.
Hands on knowledge on implementation of HRMS/ERP will be an advantage.
University Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
8 years of solid experience in the Human Resources and office administration functions.
Sound knowledge of Indonesia employment ordinance and other statutory requirements.
Prior experience in Data Center / Telecom field with regional and HR department set up exposure is highly preferred.
Familiar with working in a cross-cultural environment.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
