Job Description:
Remote manage live broadcasts from which includes monitoring host performance, audience participation, host adherence to content guidelines, stream quality, etc.

Assist with graphics creation, on-air ID creation, music/score creation, etc.

Keep up to date on latest equipment, tools, software used in the streaming industry and provide recommendations to management teams to support company objectives and continually lower costs.

Any other duties which may be reasonably assigned by executive management

Requirements:
Experience with Live Streaming and compression software like OBS and xSplit, and of streaming platforms like Twitch, YouTube, etc.

Ability to problem-solve any studio equipment issues.

Working knowledge and practical use of Adobe Creative Cloud Package (Primarily Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere), Video Compression systems.

Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

Excellent time management and communication skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Can work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Able to articulate and communicate workflow processes, work with vendors in developing/creating bids, etc.

Comfortable in both Windows and Mac OS platforms.

Fluent English
