Key responsibilities:
Works closely with Head of Ad Ops, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach
Defines a clear and motivating training and development programme for the team
Drives innovation to ensure the Ad Ops offering leads the market and delivers compelling results for clients
Leads and develops a best in class Ad Ops function
Ensures excellent, consistent delivery for all stakeholders and customers
Works with client teams and the wider Dentsu Data and Technology community to design Ad Ops taxonomies and implementation/verification tools and its implementation across the Ad Ops team
Provides subject matter expertise in at least two connected tech stack (i.e. Google/Adobe/Salesforce)
Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions
