A self-starter, he/she is responsible for developing opportunities in the assigned sector . He/she is also responsible for assisting channel partner(s) in qualifying opportunities and closing deals.

This role involves:
develop opportunities directly or indirectly in the assigned sector leading to achievement of sales target
working with partner(s) in terms of fulfilment of sales target for the assigned sector
participate in development of sales strategy and weekly sales forecast meeting
liaison and work with service delivery team
to ensure service is delivered in accordance with Scope of Work
to upsell services within existing accounts
Main Activities:
For Direct sales:
Qualify and manage leads (direct or through SDR)
Develop sales pipeline, convert sales pipeline to opportunities and closure
Develop whitespace in existing accounts
For Indirect sales:
Qualify channel partners’ leads and work towards closure of qualified leads
Work with channel partner sales team to capture requirement together with Hexagon Pre-sales
Work alongside channel partner sales team on both sales and technical proposal
Develop whitespace in existing accounts

A Bachelor Degree in one of the following
Computer Science,
Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial)
Good understanding of business demands of the following industries

Food & Beverage
Chemicals
Proven track record of enterprise software solutions sales experience to Operations and Maintenance persona in the following industry

Food & Beverage
Prior experience of enterprise software solutions sales to Public Sector (
Government Agencies, Government Ministries) is advantageous
The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, and be entrepreneurial in nature.
Fluent in Spoken and Written Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa English
Process a valid driving license and able to travel within short notice
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
