To help support us in making this happen, we are looking for a Head of Sales for Indonesia market, who is as passionate as we are about fixing the creative industry, and in turn can help imbue this passion into the teams who directly liaise with clients on a daily basis.
In this role, you will lead a sales team to win new businesses and clients by providing marketing solutions from GetCraft’s vetted network of over 7,000+ marketing, creative and media providers, along with the technology that allows us and the client to find, brief, and manage creators and projects online. Also, implementing strategic business development work to retain and grow the business from these Clients.
This role is a strategic one, as it requires you to map the industry to target potential marketers in brands and agencies that can benefit from our solutions. Then, build and execute a lead generation strategy to approach these contacts, introduce GetCraft’s solutions, nurture these leads and convert them into new business and clients. Hence, ensuring all the conversion metrics on the sales funnel are being tracked, achieved, and optimized is mandatory. For this, you will need to mobilize and coordinate support from the strategy and creative network team in building business proposals, recommending the right creators and partners from our network. You will also require to consult the Client and identify the marketing communications challenges where they need support, offer them the right solutions, and help them in implementing the solutions.
While this role requires you to play offense most of the time as the KPI includes growing the company’s revenue from new businesses and clients, also opening doors for the team to farm and grow the Clients to the next level, you also need to ensure the Account Management team to successfully become a farmer who nurtures the client and help them grow. You will need to support the Account Management team in playing offense to open up more business opportunities by selling many of our other solutions to specific brands (vertical approach) or selling our services to other brands/business units within the same group (horizontal approach).
This role is also a leadership one, as apart from directly contributing to the company’s revenue, you will directly work with senior marketers, procurements, and decision makers in the client’s marketing team and agencies and consult them to do more cost effective marketing, which are sought after by many marketing leaders.
