Support IT Application

Laise with vendor or system support for issues on application

Perform the testing for any bug fix or improvements

Perform the Regulatory activity

Monitoring and close ticket assigned to the apps team

Analyze the process and improvements

Perform system development/programming
A Bachelor Degree from Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have knowledge in support user on Application
Good analytical skill
Having basic programming, database, and IT Infrastucture (Server, Network, Firewall, Security) knowledge
Familiar with Banking Application and database (SAS, SQL Server, Oracle, etc)
Proficient in English both verbal & written
Willing and able to work in team and in shift by 24/7
