Assist the board of directors with schedules, correspondence, administration and other daily affairs
Maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business partners
As a means to remind the activities of the board of directors, to liaise with interested parties with the board of directors, for example holding meetings, visits, approvals, and others.
Prepare meeting schedules and meeting minutes with internal and external parties
Make travel itinerary arrangements (national and international), including transportation, accommodation, etc.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to subordinates/teams
Making reports for the benefit of the board of directors
Doing archiving/documenting archives neatly
Minimum education S1 all majors
Experience min. 3 years in the same field is a plus
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with having internship experience
Call Center & Service experienced (Fresh graduate may apply).
Handling inquiry, complain and request from customer.
Servicing with patient and pleasure.
Assess student comprehension on topics related to Economics subject.
The assessment method is 1 on 1 oral assessment periodically (once every month/bi-monthly).
